Nominations forms would be sent to the Award Review Committee between the 18th and 22nd. Those approved would be announced by March 27 and gifts will be presented to the next 10 by April 27.
Basically, 7 things will count in approving nominations:
1. There MUST be a verifiable and specific need that N10, 000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) can meet, not a pool of needs.
2. The gift is not transferable and the beneficiary must use the fund, product or service as approved otherwise same must be returned. Nominee may however be re-nominated and nominator may put forward someone else but there is no guarantee.
3. The nominee/beneficiary CANNOT nominate a nominator
4. The nominator must be willing to follow up and report (with photos, scanned bills or receipts where possible) on how the fund impacted the beneficiary
5. Though you may send detail of proposed nominee with summary of need to annecares@hotmail.com to speed up the process, no beneficiary will be awarded without the Awards Nomination Form which can be found on the side bar of the project site.
6. Those who require more than N10, 000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) would be disqualified, EXCEPT nominators agree to match or raise the balance.
7. Those who represent themselves or nominees dishonestly will be disqualified and would not be allowed to participate in subsequent cycles.
8. EXCEPT where disqualified, nominees not approved will be automatically considered for the next cycle.
